What counts as a loop event?
One recorded decision by your AI system — its inputs, retrieved context, tool calls, output, and outcome signals. The evaluations, patches, and approvals that reference a decision are part of its record.
Do you charge for judge-model inference?
On Scale, judge-model inference is passed through at cost plus a small handling margin, and you choose which models do the judging. Free and Team include evaluation within plan limits.
What happens when I hit my event limit?
We don't drop loop events mid-month — an evidence product that drops records isn't one. Free and Team soft-cap with a grace buffer and we ask you to upgrade; Scale bills per additional million events.
Can I take my trail with me if I leave?
Yes. Export works on every tier, including Free, and the trail format will be published as an open, Apache-licensed spec. The archive is yours.
Is there a self-hosted version?
The platform is hosted. The SDK is open, EU data residency is available on Enterprise, and the open trail format keeps your archive portable.
